You'll collaborate with external suppliers and development partners to source materials and technologies that align with our clients vision. You'll also be involved in setting up new systems, potentially traveling to various locations abroad to oversee the implementation of technologies, and you'll be central in creating a new type of scalable, distributed cleantech solutions for ESG solution for our clients customers.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of performance of systems.
Perform general mechanical design including prepare and finish 3Dmodels, drawings, technical documentation, and support for projects.
Collaborate with R&D to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
Work closely with production teams to ensure system and components are scalable and meet quality standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems in the factory.
Collaborate with external suppliers and development partners to source cutting-edge materials and technologies.
Be involved in installation and commissioning of systems.
Ensure all machinery and processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in heavy industries.
Extensive knowledge of metal works and mechanical systems.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Demonstrated experience in project management and leading engineering teams.

Highly analytical with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well independently and in cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
